Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a Store Clerk to join our team at our Cenex Zip Trip convenience store location in Billings, MT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Treat customers with professionalism and courtesy, greeting them promptly and assisting with their needs.
  • Perform cashier duties, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Organize and display products in the store to facilitate easy customer access.
  • Maintain the store's appearance by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Monitor customers to prevent loss and assist with loss prevention efforts.
  • Assist with display preparation and promotions.
  • Authorize gas station pump payments.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in retail and/or customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
