Business Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through strategic customer relationships. You will work closely with the Customer Service Representative and Account Coordinator to coordinate and lead efforts as a unified sales team.
Key Performance Indicators- Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic customer relationships
- Coordinate and lead efforts of the Customer Service Representative and Account Coordinator
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
