We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Therapist/Team Lead to join our Intensive In-Home Program team at Children's Hope Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise and oversight to our Intensive In-Home Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to the Intensive In-Home Team, ensuring adherence to best practices and agency standards.
- Coordinate with the Director of Community Based Services to ensure seamless program operations and client outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the stabilization of the home environment and promotion of reunification or prevention of out-of-home placement.
- Collaborate with caregivers, natural and community supports to ensure effective implementation of home-based behavioral supports.
- Provide administrative oversight to the program, including managing program utilization, CQI, client outcomes, and client marketing.
- Master's Degree in a human service field and North Carolina licensure or provisional licensure in one of the following disciplines: LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a human service field, with a focus on working with children and families.
- Effective communication, decision-making, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and professionalism skills.
- Basic computer and math skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
Children's Hope Alliance offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
