We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst - Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll work with data analytics to develop solutions that improve pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall service level.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data analytics to develop solutions that improve pricing accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall service level.
  • Partner with IT/Software Engineering to build, monitor, and service statistical dashboards.
  • Conduct regular analysis of dashboards and partner with stakeholders to utilize data for change initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional integration projects using advanced data modeling and analysis.
  • Build/Develop, maintain, and evaluate data and reporting dashboards.
  • Responsible for processes that manage data intake, validation, mining, and engineering.
  • Responsible for data visualization, modeling, and communication deliverables.
  • Utilizing data management, anticipate future demands related to inventory, processes, & staffing and work with internal/external stakeholders to address.
  • Communicate results of initiatives to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations centered around operational data that you collect and analyze.
  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Preferred education BS in Analytics-related field.
  • Required License: N/A.
  • Experience: 3+ years or combination of experience/education 5+ years.
  • Ability to take and pass a background check.

Performance Requirements:

  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Must adhere to all TruWest Values at all times.
  • On site 80%, remote 20%.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
  • Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
