We are a specialized recruiter in the RF/Microwave & Defense/Space Industry, and we have partnered with a leading client to fill the role of an Aerospace and Defense Territory Manager.
What You'll Do
You will manage a large territory and diverse product offerings. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Experience Required
* Five plus years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization
* Familiarity in RF Semiconductors, Power Semiconductors
* Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
* Experience with semiconductor sales in the aerospace and defense industry
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
* Experience managing large territories
* Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff
