We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues and providing data-driven advice on all people and organizational topics. You will work closely with our Director, People, and leaders to design and implement shared operational and talent strategies that positively impact our operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of HR-related experience, broad knowledge of personnel management, recruiting, compensation, and organizational behavior, and demonstrated experience in all HR disciplines. They will also be knowledgeable about relevant labor and employment law.

This is a hybrid position that requires spending 3-4 days a week at Stockton, CA and Modesto, CA centers, with significant travel to our PACE program locations, offsite meetings, and external events. You will be expected to promote our company's culture and values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $90,281 - $108,337 per year, bonus, and equity.
