  • Delivering formal presentations and reports, effectively communicating proposed concepts, solutions, and analytical findings to our stakeholders.
Qualifications:

You meet our basic qualifications for this role if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Possess over 5 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering.
  • Have a background in early concept development, with assessments considering cost, schedule, and performance metrics.

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sponsor representatives.
  • Are prepared to travel locally to government sponsor offices, test sites, and contractor locations, approximately once a week.
  • Are willing to travel occasionally to government and contractor sites in support of Fleet Experiment events within the continental United States (CONUS) and potentially internationally, with out-of-area travel based on fleet experiment schedules, approximately two to three weeks per quarter.
  • Can obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and ultimately achieve a TS/SCI level clearance. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.

You will exceed our minimum requirements if you:

  • Possess a Master’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Have knowledge of Planning, Programming and Budgeting, Acquisition Decision, Research and Development, and Test and Evaluation processes for DoD systems.
  • Bring prior experience in strike warfare systems, Navy fleet experimentation, and/or large-scale military exercises.
  • Hold a current TS/SCI clearance.
