As the Email Campaign Strategist, you will be pivotal in managing customer communications for Omicron Media. You will oversee the email marketing strategy for multiple brands, each catering to unique customer segments. Our environment resembles an in-house marketing agency, where diverse expertise is utilized regularly. Your ability to craft effective onboarding, upsell, retention, re-engagement, and satisfaction emails in a dynamic setting is crucial for achieving success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily email marketing operations: manage promotional schedules, conduct system testing and troubleshooting, create compelling copy, produce and deploy emails, and optimize A/B tests for emails and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Establish and maintain performance metrics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of the email marketing channel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that the email strategy aligns with and supports all marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at expanding the email list, boosting engagement, and increasing return on investment.
Minimum of 3 years in the following areas:
- Email platforms (e.g., Sendgrid, Eloqua)
- Conducting A/B and multivariate testing (e.g., Optimizely, Google)
- Designing lead generation funnels (e.g., Leadpages, Unbounce)
- Copywriting
- Creating and optimizing landing pages
- Engaging with global clients and teams

- Experience in SaaS environments
- Strong grasp of email marketing principles and key performance indicators.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Proficient copywriter with a solid understanding of conversion optimization.
- Adept at identifying and nurturing demographic synergies into paying customers.
- Understanding of how various online marketing channels (affiliate, organic, paid, social, lead generation, etc.) integrate.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Excel skills for creating comprehensive reports using pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups, macros, etc.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and best practices for email deliverability.
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
