About the Role

As a Behavioral Health Specialist with Connect n Care ABA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism lead healthy and independent lives.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Applied Behavior Analyst Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, providing ABA therapy in the home, school, and community environments.

Salary: $19-26/hour (based on experience and certifications)

At Connect n Care ABA, we believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for our clients and employees. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including a 40-hour online Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings
  • Implement behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
  • Participate in training and team meetings
