Role Description:
The Youth Technical Assistance Intern will provide essential support to the Pre-Application Technical Assistance team. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring effective meeting operations, and maintaining accurate attendance records. This position is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in a nurturing and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Documenting detailed notes during meetings.
    • Distributing notes to relevant parties promptly.
    • Sending reminders for upcoming meetings.
  • Session Management:
    • Confirming attendance for in-person sessions.
    • Coordinating logistics for sessions, including venue arrangements and materials preparation.
  • Data Tracking:
    • Assisting in tracking attendance data.
    • Maintaining and updating attendance records.
    • Generating reports as required.
  • Additional Support:
    • Helping prepare meeting agendas and materials.
    • Providing general administrative assistance to the team.
    • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Aged 18-24.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable and committed to confidentiality.
