Healthcare Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to gather information and educate them on program services
- Be a reimbursement expert in assigned caseload territory
- Educate patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support
- Ensure coordination of patient services in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to coordinate patient journey and ensure patient onboarding
- Manage all aspects of coverage to maximize and maintain prescription drug coverage
- Regularly interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with program associates
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
