As an Escrow Funder, you'll review and approve settlement statements, balance files, and disburse proceeds on closing files. • Review and approve ALTA's, T-64's, CD's, and settlement statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Balance settlement statements and prepare files for funding.
• Disburse all proceeds on closing files and maintain accurate records.
• Verify company service fees to be charged to customers at closing.
• Maintain organized and complete escrow files.
• Manage closing calendar and perform other duties assigned by manager.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is also required.
