- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our team members, promoting professional growth and excellence.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Track and report on the performance of our maintenance and repair activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Trade License: Possession of a valid trade license in plumbing, general contractor, pipe fitter, or sprinkler fitter.
- Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in related trades, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
- Education: Graduate of a formal technical school or program is preferred.
