Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and performance is optimized, offering recommendations to enhance service level agreements, metrics, and business trends.
- Client Partnership: Partner with the Telsource Client Success Manager to deploy appropriate resources to support business operational needs effectively.
- Project Management: Directly manage and oversee all large projects within assigned key accounts, ensuring smooth integration of business solutions.
- Solution Development: Recommend technology upgrades and managed solutions to enhance client business outcomes and experiences.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Provide recommendations on technical, contractual, administrative, and financial policies and procedures to ensure adherence to agreed-upon requirements and metrics.
- Resource Optimization: Coordinate with relevant parties to leverage resources and solutions, reducing costs and meeting service level agreements.
- Client Engagement: Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger ongoing relationships, build new executive connections, and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead by influence, supporting team members to enhance their performance, development, and work product, and motivate them by recommending financial incentives within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
- Budget Management: Prepare, recommend, and oversee the development of operating budgets for assigned key accounts, monitoring spending for adherence to budget plans, and recommending variances.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent.
- Five or more years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of company business practices, P&L management, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with managed solutions and service offerings.
- Proficiency in financial management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.
At Telsource, compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including experience, education, skills, and organizational requirements. We offer competitive compensation packages, and the current estimate for this position's compensation range is $80K-150K and variable compensation plan.
