  • Gather, verify, and input essential information for mortgage loan applications.
  • Consult with clients to provide insights and guidance on their home loan options.
  • Thoroughly review residential loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards, including assessing borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history.
  • Notify supervisors of any discrepancies found in title or survey documentation.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a current and valid NMLS license, along with appropriate state licensing in good standing.
