Key Responsibilities:

The Junior Systems Analyst will be tasked with:

  • Assisting in the launch of new products within SAP, which includes the creation of new materials, bills of material, routings, pricing conditions, and information records.
  • Providing daily operational support for Salesforce Sales and Service, ensuring effective utilization and optimization of the tools.
  • Generating reports to empower managers in leveraging the Salesforce platform for business growth.
  • Collaborating with the Manager of Digital Solutions to serve as a liaison with Kohler IT regarding system-related issues, while effectively communicating status updates and resolutions across the organization.
  • Participating in the implementation of new technology solutions for Ann Sacks and conducting regression testing for all Salesforce Clouds and SAP ECC to ensure system integrity.
  • Creating test scripts and partnering with Corporate IT to meet all regular testing deliverables.
  • Assisting or leading other minor projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred. In some cases, 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP ECC is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud-based sales and service applications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • A keen attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $63,100 and $79,500. The specific salary offered will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and work location.
