Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements and reports
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers, including setting up vendor and customer accounts
  • Handle vendor credit applications and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Prepare payroll, including quarterly and yearly payroll reports
  • Ensure employee compliance by obtaining receipts for expenses made on company credit cards
  • Coordinate with our CPA firm for annual income tax reports
  • Prepare and file Sales & Use Tax quarterly reports
  • Upload all invoices into our Wrike portal
  • Handle all payments and bank deposits
  • Organize physical documents and files
  • Order office supplies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of administrative assistant or office manager experience
  • Experience processing A/P and/or A/R
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
