About the Job
This is a full-time, night shift position that requires working three 12-hour shifts per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Neuro PCU - Progressive Care Unit, which specializes in the care of patients with neurological and cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate care with other healthcare team members, and delegate tasks to other licensed nurses and healthcare personnel as needed.
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is also required. A Bachelor's degree and professional certification are preferred, but not required.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
