Nurse Specialist

As a Nurse Specialist in our Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona
- Experience in a progressive care unit or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per year, plus benefits, including a sign-on bonus, health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
