Nursing Professional for Medical-Surgical Unit

About this Role:
This position involves delivering high-quality nursing services, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and prioritizing patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing direct nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit, ensuring accurate assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
• Monitoring patient progress, assessing vital signs, and responding promptly to changes in condition, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Educating patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations, fostering a supportive environment.

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (other certifications as required by facility)
• Two years of recent medical surgical RN experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills,
