">Job Description
">We are currently seeking a Custodial-Mover to join our team. As a Custodial-Mover, you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of an assigned facility while attending to minor building maintenance and repairs.
">Requirements
">- A valid State Driver's License.
- 2+ years of experience in custodial and moving services.
- Strong communication, writing, and conveying skills.
- Available to work a minimum of 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours and location.
Responsibilities
">- Maintain a clean and safe environment in assigned facilities, including restrooms, floors, and grounds.
- Move furniture, office equipment, and residential household items as needed.
- Perform minor building repairs, including leaky faucets, faulty light switches, and flooded areas.
- Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift and ensure completion of assigned cleaning schedule tasks within each shift.
- Attend to other job-related tasks as assigned in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
