**Job Title:** Director of Marketing Analytics

**Salary Range:** $125,000 - $190,000 per year

We are seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a data-led customer strategy roadmap, guiding the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes Sedgwick's enterprise data foundation for Marketing and GTM function.
  • Develops and executes a data-led customer strategy roadmap.
  • Formulates, evaluates and implements data governance policies and procedures for assurance that data collected is high quality and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Creates code to retrieve and analyze large sets of data on both cloud and on-premises relational databases.
  • Presents analysis and insights on customer behavior, market trends, client interactions and competitor activities.
  • Examines data for accuracy, quality, and condition using SQL or Python.
  • Collaborates with internal IT partners including the Chief Data Office, CIO and Sales to store and access needed data potentially via a standalone marketing database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business.
  • 8+ years Customer Data Management leadership experience.
  • Experience in data analysis/querying software like SQL, Python, Relational Databases, Teradata, Snowflake, and/or Databricks.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing data needs including linking leads, events, web, programmatic, email and search data.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the ability to gather, arrange, organize, and communicate a substantial amount of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in data and analytics.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to standardize data.
