Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Director to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, to ensure the facilities are in good working condition.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Health and Safety: Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all facilities management activities are in compliance with relevant codes and regulations, including AHCA, NFPA, CMS, OSHA, and EPA.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with employees, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient facilities management operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of experience as a manager in the field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, ladders, and equipment, with good balance and lifting ability.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures.
