Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At Dave & Buster's, we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our building, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our storage areas and maintenance equipment
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
  • Develop and implement procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
