Job Title: Juvenile Treatment Specialist III

Coconino County, AZ is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Juvenile Treatment Specialist III. This position is responsible for providing treatment and support services to youth and their families in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for youth and their families
  • Provide individual and group counseling services to youth and their families
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support services are provided to youth and their families
  • Conduct home visits and provide support to families in their homes
  • Participate in court hearings and provide testimony as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with youth and families in a residential setting
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and evidence-based treatment models
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
