About the Role
The Treasury Client Services Professional III serves as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, providing technical and operational support on DDA and Treasury Management Products and Services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with daily cash position and related investment options, as well as resolve daily customer issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of general and high-priority commercial and corporate relationships, identifying document requirements for new account openings.
- Serve as the point person for all system problems, instructing users on technical tasks and using judgment to initiate correct actions.
- Identify cross-sale opportunities with existing customers, increasing customer awareness of alternative products offered by Treasury Services.
Requirements
This role requires an Associate's Degree in a Business-related field (Bachelor's preferred) and 4 years of experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
