Phlebotomist - Off-Site Locations

CHC Wellbeing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Traveling Phlebotomist to drive and travel to off-site locations throughout the Chicago area.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting blood samples from patients using vacuum tube or butterfly venipuncture methods
- Greeting patients, explaining services, and verifying identification and insurance
- Setting up and breaking down on-site wellness stations
- Matching laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes
- Preparing documents and specimens for laboratory pickup
- Driving to one job site per day, starting between 5AM and 7AM
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy Certification (ASCP, ASPT, NHA, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience as a phlebotomist in a clinical setting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills
