Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef in setting up and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and service ware are stocked and ready for service.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to facilitate seamless service and bring fresh ideas and techniques to the conversation.
  • Perform general cleaning duties on the floor and in the kitchen prep areas, working efficiently with staff to maximize productivity.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the success of our growing team.
Requirements
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects.
