We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Strategist to join our digital marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute email initiatives to our current client and club base. You will be responsible for creating engaging email campaigns that target different segments of the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to drive revenue and foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Create email workflows across different campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to set up engaging customer journeys and drip campaigns.
  • Research and define different segments within our database of past clients and create email nurturing sequences and flows for the different customer journeys.
  • Work closely with the creative team to design captivating email templates using HTML, CSS, and various ESPs.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Manage and update client data within the database(s).
  • Analyze data to gain insights and develop actionable plans and consulting on recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best-practices, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA laws.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and status to management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably working in an agency or agency-like environment managing multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with conversion-oriented design and copy.
  • Knowledge of basic web languages, such as HTML/CSS, and an eye for design.
  • Knowledge of basic FTP clients, such as WinSCP or Filezilla.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, including Hubspot, Mailchimp, iContact, Constant Contact, and Service Titan Marketing Pro.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in-office full-time. Hybrid or remote work is not available at this time.
