Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dietitian - Nutrition Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nutritional Assessment and Care Planning: Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Patient Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition therapy, and disease management.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information and submit reports as required.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or a related field.
  • Licensure: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a nutrition or dietetics role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
