Job Summary

The Caregiver Specialist will provide exceptional care and support to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident-centered care and make informed decisions about resident care.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in a nursing home setting preferred.
  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Aide training course and certification in this state.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience working in a nursing home as a Shahbaz.
  • Completed the Green House Shahbazim Program as a Shahbaz and other training courses as needed.
