Personal Care Specialist Opportunity at Vitality Senior Living

At Vitality Senior Living, we're dedicated to creating a vibrant community where our residents, families, and team members thrive. As a Personal Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities, treatments, and emotional well-being, as outlined in their service plans.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and revise service plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Monitor and report any resident concerns or issues to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team member meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Wellness Director.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain any required certifications and meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
