Your Role:
As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the health and wellness of our residents by providing direct support while encouraging their highest level of independence. You will also help maintain a safe and tidy living environment, adhering to facility standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- A genuine compassion for and desire to assist seniors
- Effective communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Current CNA certification is required
