About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Sevita. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in a collaborative and team-based approach.
  • Provide outreach services to children and families, including consultation with team members to implement individualized services.
  • Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments, maintaining accurate and complete client records.
  • Complete billing documentation according to established schedules and adhere to professional standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain daily contact with the program during normal business hours and keep supervisors informed of client progress.
  • Meet performance expectations based on part-time or full-time status and adhere to provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter).
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Preferred experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • A good listener with the ability to empathize while providing guidance.
