Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior-analytic services for assigned pediatric clients in our Hartford office.
  • Provide outreach services to children and families, consulting with team members to implement individualized services.
  • Conduct visits with clients and relevant collaterals in natural environments, maintaining accurate and complete client records.
  • Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the clinic, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
  • Meet performance expectations based on part-time or full-time status, as designated.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Preferred experience in a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
