Cybersecurity Expert with Industry-Leading Threat and Vulnerability Management Experience

At Insight Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team as a Threat and Vulnerability Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a smaller team, leveraging your expertise to drive cross-functional collaboration within our security group.
Responsibilities
As a Threat and Vulnerability Engineer at Insight Global, you will be responsible for providing top-notch engineering design, analysis, and support for information security platforms and devices, routers, firewalls, networks, and operating systems. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying relevant threats, recommending corrective actions, developing solutions for security issues, and investigating security incidents and breaches.
You will also play a key role in planning and carrying out our organization's information security strategy and program, including developing security standards and best practices, developing policy, standards, and procedure, and recommending security enhancements to management as needed.

Compensation
Annualized compensation for this position is based on years of experience, ranging from $113,000 to $142,000 per year, with 15% annual bonus potential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Threat and Vulnerability Management or Penetration Testing
* Strong understanding of industry-wide frameworks and standards, specifically MITRE ATT&CK
* Proficiency in Python
* Experience with Vulnerability Scanning and Testing tools, such as Snyk and Qualys
* Familiarity with CSPM tools, such as Wiz
* Experience on a CIRT, CERT, CSIRC, or SOC team
* Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, OSCP, or GPEN
