Position Overview:
The Spa Facility Cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring that the spa environment remains pristine and welcoming for all guests. This position is dedicated to upholding the high standards set forth by Woodhouse Spas, aiming to surpass guest expectations daily.

Work Schedule:
To be determined by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough sweeping and/or vacuuming of all floors daily, paying special attention to corners, baseboards, thresholds, and stairways.
  • Periodically move and clean underneath pot plants and other floor items, ensuring no water has leaked onto the floor.
  • Mop floors daily with a suitable disinfectant to eliminate odors and bacteria, particularly in high-traffic areas like pedicure chairs, tubs, showers, restrooms, and kitchens.
  • Clean and sanitize the following areas daily: sinks, tubs, restrooms, showers, steam rooms, sauna, and treatment rooms, allowing for proper ventilation to aid in drying.
  • Replenish hand paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap in dispensers on a daily basis.
  • Inspect and clean all countertops and mirrors, as well as the front door glass for smudges.
  • Dust product shelves and display cases daily to maintain a fresh appearance; dust blinds weekly.
  • Ensure dishes and utensils are washed daily, avoiding any unclean items left out overnight.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee pot and other serving containers daily.
  • Remove any non-fresh plants and flowers from the spa.
  • Empty waste receptacles and trashcans daily to prevent odors; keep trash receptacles clean and fresh.
  • Maintain cleanliness of outside porches, steps, access ways, and walkways around the spa.
  • Inspect and clean windows, chandeliers, and water walls as necessary, using quality cleaning products.
  • Ensure the Woodhouse Spa sign is wiped clean as needed.
  • Adhere to all protocols established by Woodhouse Spas Corporation.
  • Protect the Woodhouse brand integrity.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in hospitality housekeeping is preferred.
  • Completion of the position Training Plan is required.

Reporting Structure:
The Spa Facility Cleaner reports directly to the General Manager.

Compensation:
Hourly rate of up to $20.00.
