Key Responsibilities

The role involves a variety of essential cleaning and maintenance tasks:

  • Performing general cleaning duties in restrooms, break rooms, conference areas, and more. This position is physically demanding, requiring extensive walking and the ability to lift heavy items.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, including yard spaces and designated smoking areas.
Additional Duties

In addition to janitorial responsibilities, the position may involve:

  • Cardboard removal and baling
  • Moving and stacking pallets
  • Floor cleaning operations
  • Forklift operation
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping roles is preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull weights exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of basic safety protocols due to physical demands and potential exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Reliable transportation.

Note: This position is physically intensive and requires a strong work ethic.
