Job Title: Inspection Associate

Next Level Sports Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inspection Associate. As an Inspection Associate, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to monitor and inspect our partner sites, ensuring compliance with our policies and program standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site visits to evaluate program operations, staff, and facility
  • Critique program, health, and safety aspects of each site
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Program Development Manager
  • Collaborate with site representatives to remediate hazards and ensure compliance
  • Participate in pre-site inspection briefs and post-site inspection debriefs
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation and sufficient communication methods
  • Seasonal availability to conduct site visits
  • Experience with youth sports is a plus
