Inspection Associate, Sacramento

Next Level Sports is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inspection Associate. As an Inspection Associate, you will be responsible for visiting our partner sites to monitor and inspect the facility, staff, and overall program operations. You will critique the program, health, and safety aspects of each site ensuring compliance with Next Level Policies and Program Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Visual on-site observation of Next Level Operating Sites inclusive of Flag Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Camp Programming on a seasonal basis.
- Complete detailed and accurate recordings of on-site observations using the Next Level Inspection Tool for each site, in digital or hard-copy form.
- Remediation of onsite hazards in conjunction with a Site Level Representative (Director or Assistant Director of a site) deemed hazardous and life-threatening, in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Next Level Inspection Protocol
- Travel to and from Next Level Program sites.
- Participation in a pre-site inspection brief with the Company reviewing overall logistics of upcoming, pre-planned site inspections.
- Participation in a post-site inspection debrief with the Company reviewing outcomes of the SLIP.
- Participation in a seasonal meeting/check-in directly with the Next Level Sports Program Development Team
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hospitable and customer service-oriented
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and execute assigned instructions
- Reliable method of transportation
- Sufficient methods of communication with the Company
- Seasonal availability in conjunction with Next Level Programming to conduct services
- Access to digital or print methodology of completion of the inspection tool (i.e. iPad or pen/paper)
- Experience with youth sports is a huge plus
