Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team at Emory at Stockbridge - Primary Care. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage the health needs of patients in a primary care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy lifestyle habits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program.
- Current licensure as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- At least 3 years of experience in primary care as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
