Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards.
  • Provide diagnosis and treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide the best care possible.
  • Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in clinical mental health counseling or related field required.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Fully licensed and active.
  • 5 years minimum experience practicing independently with an unencumbered Texas license.
  • Experience in counseling teens and adolescents 13 years and older.
  • Successful state and federal background check.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
  • Strong working knowledge of evidence-based treatment and diagnostic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
