Responsibilities- Ensure all services are completed according to relevant ethical and professional standards.
- Provide diagnosis and treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis.

- Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
- Master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in clinical mental health counseling or related field required.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Fully licensed and active.
- 5 years minimum experience practicing independently with an unencumbered Texas license.
- Experience in counseling teens and adolescents 13 years and older.
- Successful state and federal background check.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
- Strong working knowledge of evidence-based treatment and diagnostic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
