Key Responsibilities:

The Greenskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of golf course grounds.

Your duties will include:

  • Daily adjustment of cup placements on greens as directed by management
  • Maintenance of teeing ground areas, which includes:
  • Adjusting markers
  • Sand and seed divots from previous play
  • Clearing broken tees
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Ensuring ball-washers are stocked with water and soap
  • Monitoring and picking up litter from the course
  • Regular inspection of traffic control devices such as ropes and signs
  • Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities daily
  • Occasional collection of leaves, debris, and cut grass for disposal
  • Operating various vehicles for bunker maintenance, including both power and manual raking
  • Mowing smaller turf areas with push mowers
  • Applying irrigation as needed under supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Physical requirements may include:
    • Regular lifting of items up to 20 pounds
    • Exposure to outdoor conditions such as rain, cold, and sun
    • Repetitive movements including bending, twisting, and standing
