Repair Parts Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Identify necessary repair parts for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of time, expenses, and materials used.
- Perform tasks such as stocking, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Collect customer payments via cash or credit card.
- Develop strong product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process paperwork, make copies, and file documents.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with computer programs.
- Knowledge of basic automotive components and systems.
- Experience as a Parts Advisor (2+ years preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
