Residential Program Coordinator

Bridgewell is a leading provider of social and human services that empower people with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional 2 to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living, while also promoting their independence and self-advocacy. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives the highest quality care and support.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position working Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM-11:00PM. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience are also required.
