Private Bank Service Manager

The Private Bank Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to high-net worth clients, partnering with Wealth Advisors to support the sales process, and maintaining a detailed knowledge of products and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with or lead special projects as requested by manager and partners
Act as a key resource and mentor for other Service Specialists
Help resolve complex support issues within the Region
Participate in identifying issues of concern and keeping department management informed
Provide administrative support for one or more high-end advisor and maintain an effective rapport with clients and Huntington personnel
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education
2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services experience
Notary public
FINRA licensing and Microsoft suite proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
Ability to work independently
Administrative experience with financial services industry preferred
