Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for assisting with finding and interviewing warehouse candidates onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using company and external resume databases, leveraging referrals, and other resources.
  • Contact candidates via phone or in-person to inform them of the position and conduct brief phone screenings.
  • Provide a "white-glove" candidate experience to ensure they formally apply to the job opening.
  • Assist recruiters and warehouse hiring specialists in posting jobs via job boards, college career sites, community events, and state workforce sites.
  • Screens resumes from databases and applications from the ATS system to identify candidates meeting minimum qualifications.
  • May conduct brief phone screening conversations and schedule candidate interviews with recruiters.
  • Maintains accurate records on applicant status and provides timely responses to all applicants.
  • Assist in coordination of onsite hiring events and Meet & Greets for warehouse candidates.
  • May assist in providing offer letters and initiating/communicating the background screening process for selected candidates.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
