Thriveworks Counseling is dedicated to supporting the growth of Licensed Professional Counselor Associates in Rock Hill, SC.

We're a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations across 48 states, committed to helping individuals thrive through accessible, high-quality care. Our approach emphasizes supporting clinicians so they can focus on doing what they do best – providing exceptional client support.

Key Qualifications:

  • A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Board approval as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
  • Prior experience in a counseling setting, specifically working with depression and anxiety required
  • Post-graduate work experience conducting intakes independently and diagnosing under a licensed supervisor necessary

What We Offer:

  • A full-time schedule with approximately 30 hours/week, including 25 client visits and 5 hours of administrative tasks
  • Must reside within a 45-minute commute of our office location, with flexibility to work in-office during the probationary period and transition to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote) afterwards
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with a team that's open from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week

Compensation:

This is a Fee-for-Service position, with an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 based on the number of sessions conducted and potential bonuses earned.
