Job Description

This is a full-time position requiring 30 hours of availability per week, with a focus on conducting sessions and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on factors such as experience and performance. Our W2 employment model ensures stability and predictability, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree in counseling or a related field from an approved program.
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, preferably treating depression and anxiety.
  • Ability to work independently under supervision and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
