Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; may vary based on clinic needs

Patient Focus:
Sports and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

Role Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, you will deliver both direct and indirect services to various age groups. You will implement process improvements to achieve departmental goals and take responsibility for autonomous and collaborative practice across all environments.

Value Proposition:
  1. Facilitates patient scheduling to ensure adherence to care plans established with patients and referring physicians.
  2. Conducts Physical Therapy evaluations and formulates comprehensive care plans.
  3. Assesses patients' functional mobility and evaluates various physical systems.
  4. Documents patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to standards and guidelines.
  5. Supervises the work of certified physical therapy assistants and therapy technicians, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida or possess a Temporary Permit.
  2. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
